Inzant want their users out on the road and in the office to have the best user experience possible, and one of the easiest ways to make the most of the system is to be sure you are regularly accessing the Inzant Support Hub.

The Inzant Support Hub has a library filled with ‘How to’ guides, instruction manuals on new and existing features as well as FAQ's.

Inzant has designed the support portal to be the hub for all things support related, so before raising a new ticket you can review the Support Hub to see if the query has already been answered. (Saving you valuable time).

If the answer to a support question can’t be found in our Support Hub then we encourage you to raise a support ticket. Support tickets are easy to raise and give the sales team or the support contact the chance to explain the issue in depth and even include screenshots of the issue. After a ticket is raised it will be looked at by our team and actioned accordingly. We will share all tickets raised by the sales team with our nominated support contacts at your business to keep you in the loop.
